Delivery Information

Vetmedsplus will endeavour to dispatch all products within 2 working days of receiving a successfully completed order.

All prescription medicines will be dispatched once a signed prescription from your vet has been received.

Vetmedsplus charge a standard £2.50 delivery charge per order. These orders are sent by Royal Mail second class recorded delivery and may take 5-7 working days to be delivered by Royal Mail.

Vetmedsplus delivers insulin with a refrigerated courier for £5.50. Anything else in your order will be included in this fee.

Vetmedsplus offers a £5.50 overnight* delivery service for standard non-prescription and prescription items excluding food items. All orders placed on friday for delivery by courier will be dispatched the next monday*(excluding bank holidays). We recommend that completed orders are received by midday to enable overnight delivery. (*subject to stock level)

If you order a large bulk item like dog food then there is a delivery charge of £6.99. This is inclusive on any other products you may have in your order.
