Vetmedsplus recommend that all prescription orders are sent via our courier service. This method is fully trackable and if a mobile number is supplied a text will be sent advising of expected delivery time and date. (This service is supplied by our courier and Vetmedsplus cannot be held responsible for any text not received or issues arising from this service)

Vetmedsplus will endeavour to dispatch all products within 2 working days of receiving a successfully completed order.

All prescription medicines will be dispatched once a signed prescription from your vet has been received subject to available stock.

Vetmedsplus offer three different shipping services.

• Courier - £5.99. Orders where ship by courier is selected will be delivered the following working day after date of dispatch. Orders dispatched via courier on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. All orders placed on Friday after collection has been made will be dispatched the next monday*(excluding bank holidays). We recommend that completed orders are received by midday to enable overnight delivery. (*subject to stock level)
• Standard - £2.99 Orders where first class post option is selected will take upto 3-4 working days to arrive. (all Royal Mail delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed)
  
• Orders where free shipping is selected are sent by Royal Mail second class delivery and take 6-7 working days to be delivered by Royal Mail.A Royal Mail package cannot be considered lost until 15 working days have passed. Free shipping is only available on orders placed online and for delivery in mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands).
  

Vetmedsplus normally dispatch Insulin orders Monday to Thursday. This will not apply if the following day is a Bank Holiday. 

All delivery charges and estimated delivery times are for mainland UK only (excluding Scottish Highlands). Delivery charges to all other areas (where available) will be calculated at checkout.
